Shipping and Delivery

  • Full payment is required before delivery. The estimated delivery time is only provided based on our delivery booking schedule at the time of purchase. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the manufacturer’s production time and shipping time from our oversea suppliers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any delivery date for orders that is not in-stock at the time of purchase due to delay of global supply chain.
  • After on-line purchase being received by our sales team, we will assigned sales staff to contact you in order to verify the order details and schedule the delivery time frame.
  • All customers need to be aware that minimum of one week notice is required for scheduling delivery of the order or self pick up order. An estimate delivery time frame will be assigned to each sale order; however, delay is acceptable due to extreme weather or traffic conditions.
  • We carefully inspect each item prior to each order shipment, and we also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. However, should you discover any defect in your furniture or mattress within 24 hours of receiving your order, please contact us at 905-477-8777 immediately.
  • DeRUCCI is not responsible if the furniture does not fit inside the house. It is the responsibility of the customer to measure in advance and ensure that everything will fit. Furniture or mattress that is refused because it does not fit into the room or fit through the entryway will be exchangeable only and exchange delivery fees may apply.
