Refund and Returns Policy

  • Custom orders: All the details of Made to Order or other customized items such as dimensions, fabric type or color selection needs to be confirmed; and order to be signed by customer. Customized orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned at any time after purchase.
  • Floor samples and clearance products: All floor samples and clearance models are sold “as-is” without manufacturer’s warranty, no exchange or returns are allowed.
  • Mattresses: All mattress products are non-refundable and exchangeable only; the price difference will be issued as in-store credit. Any mattress with damage or stain caused by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Regular orders (exclusive of mattresses): Customers are free to cancel their orders prior to pick-up or delivery within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, you can reselect your product prior to possession with 10% penalty or request a refund with a 20% restocking fee and responsible for the cost of pick up of returned Goods. Full refund without penalty is excepted provided the merchandise is un-opened, unused, in its original packaging and condition and the original sales receipt is presented with 7 days after the delivery or pick up.
  • All order types: Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Delivery charges may apply for return and exchange orders except defective merchandise. Any item with damage or stain caused by the customer is not eligible for return or exchange.
